At AK9I, we work very hard to meet our client needs and acquire " the right dog" for the job. Given our mission, this is serious business and requires a very vigorous selection process, and we take great steps to ensure that each K9 is assessed and screened properly.
Unfortunately, as some of our K-9's develop thru the training process, some make the cut and others do not. Much like athletes, this becomes a reality for K9's as well. If a K-9 is not meeting the requirements of our program, we must do the proper due diligence in placing this animal in a suitable home, environment or scenario that would be beneficial, humane and appropriate for the K9 in question. This is an absolute must...and at AK9I "the dogs come first".
